“I ordered a Jules jacket for my wife's birthday it arrived well ahead of her big day beautifully wrapped, unfortunately the Jacket had a slight imperfection and was one size to big (my mistake) I sent it back using the returns slip provided and spoke to the most helpful person on the phone, who sent a replacement and still had it the day before my wife's birthday. She loved it and was very happy as was I. Great customer service and pleasure to deal with Thank you!”

“Ordered a collar and they sent a lead. Blamed it on Barbour and took no responsibility. Refused to refund me if I didn’t return the item even though I’m self isolating so can’t return it. Honestly appalled”
