“Nicholls had the gift that I wanted at a very reasonable price, actually beating four other online retailers. Their website is easy to navigate and there is a vast choice of high range products. “Shocking service! No communication from anyone, when there's a problem they are so unhelpful! I appreciate the tine of year is slow (delivery) however thats not an excuse to ignore the customer and commubivate soley by email...my advice don't buy from here”

“My wife had some boots & the heel came adrift so she was looking for a suitable replacement pair & found some at Nicholls online. They came nice & quickly, which was handy as it's now winter & she has cosy feet.”

“The UGG slippers were ordered with ease, delivered really quick. They look really lovely and inside was a returns label and so is the present is unsuitable it’s easy to exchange. Great value for money and looking at the products available I certainly will be using Nicholls online again.”
