“A Gorgeous bag and reasonably sized, Bought as a requested Birthday present for my sister and she is thrilled. I really want one too. Came nicely wrapped in pretty tissue so if you are buying as a present you won't necessarily need your own paper. Nice to be able to buy the bag with no shipping costs, if I'd ordered from the official Cath Kidston website I would have been charged and extra £3.95. Thank you very much Nicholls”

“Hi I placed and paid for my order in good faith only to receive an email several days later saying the order had be cancelled and my payment had been refunded - but with no explanation whatsoever! Would not recommend shopping on-line with Nicholls because I was very disappointed Jan Owen”

Good Morning, I am really sorry to hear your experience was not as expected. I can see from the records you placed the order on Saturday and on Monday and Wednesday we emailed to explain one of the items you ordered was out of stock and we were unable to source anymore. Due to ordering by Paypal we didn't have a telephone number to contact you on, so could only email you. We are always reluctant to ship part orders without prior consent of the customer and due to not hearing from you within 5 days, always prefer to cancel the order and refund as soon as possible. We do still have the remaining part of the order held for you, and if you would still like it, we could dispatch as a matter of urgency. “Online ordering was easy, price was good and dispatch was quick. Only hiccup was receiving emails intended for another customer's order, but I called the customer service phone number and it was rectified. My order arrived on time as expected. Would order again.”

“Easy to use website. Everything was available and delivered within a couple of days. The quality of the clothes was supurb and I kept all items. I telephoned one of your stores in Wales and a lady there was so helpful by checking how the sizing of some items came up, i.e. Is the make Sandwich true to size etc. This helped me very much as it enabled me to order just one size of everything,saving me the inconvenience of having to send items back. I wish I had remembered this ladies name, she was so lovely. You are a very nice company to do business with.”
