“Amazing, fast delivery and very helpful staff. I ordered a gift for my dog and I ordered the wrong size. I phoned at ask if they had a smaller in size to find out they had sold out but with the help from the ladies. I managed to choose another one and they put this to one side while they waited for my returned item, returning the item was really easy print label go to post office and it’s all free of charge big thank you for that 😊. The other dog coat was a little bit more and I was able to pay the difference over the phone and it was with me the next day again free of charge. I would just like to say a big thank you and look forward to buying more gifts form yourself 😊”

“We had a slight difficulty ordering through the website but then when the order was completed everything moved speedily and smoothly. My boots arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly as described. The colour photo online wasn't a great representation but I'd seen them in the shop, previously. Thanks a lot Nicholls - red boots knock red roses out of the park every time!”

“Shopping at Nichols was fantastic. Found exactly what I wanted on line very easily. The checkout process was was very quick with clear instructions. My coat was delivered very quickly. What a lovely Barbour coat. I would recommend shopping at Nichols. Service was excellent.”

“Ordering on line couldn't be easier. Speedy delivery. I have to return one item as it doesn't suit but returns are free and it appears to be quite a simple process. This is my first time shopping with Nicholls but I will use them again as they had such a large choice in the ladies fashion section.”

“This is the first time that I have used this company and I confirm that I was very impressed with the service received.. My order was promptly processed and despatched, and arrived two working days from purchase, in perfect condition. The Joules boots I ordered fit me perfectly and I wore them for the whole day, the first time I put them on. No blisters or any pain. Brilliant!
