“Incredible customer service other companies should take note! Unfortunately one of the items I ordered developed a fault(absolutely not Nicholls fault poor fabric used by the manufacturer) and from the initial email to receiving the refund there customer service team were so helpful! I have purchased other items and been just as happy with the service from order to delivery. Cannot recommended highly enough.”

“I came across Nicholls online after a Goggle search for Fairfax & Favour sale items returned some absolutely amazing prices! The ordering process was so easy via the website and everything was delivered in one package, very quickly. My items arrived, everything was correct and in pristine condition. A free returns slip was provided, not that any of it will be going back but it's nice to know you don't have to pay postage should the need arise! All in all a wonderful service, at one of the busiest times of year for retailers and great prices. You have definitely gained a very happy and repeat customer.”
