“I had to return an item but couldn`t open the pdf file to get the returns label, rang up about this and a very nice gentleman sorted the problem out straight away . I was very impressed”

“Excellent customer service. Luke the Website Manager bent over backwards to find out information for me from the supplier and was really quick with his email responses. Due to this I was able to purchase my expensive product in the knowledge that I had made the right decision and am very very happy with my purchase.”

“Fast delivery, well packaged, great items that you can't get elsewhere. My only complaint is that the only option for delivery was royal mail, even with big, heavy items I couldn't choose a day for delivery and had to go and pick up a very big and heavy box from the sorting office.”
