“Perfect fit looks absolutely amazing when tried on especially in winter and its also cosy and warm and it arrived pretty quicker then i expected and its got reasonable prices on other items aswell as most sizes being available.”

“ordered a scarf 12 days ago… was told it was shipped 10 days ago ‘next day delivery’ I was hoping to wear it during the cold weather, obviously Nicholls had other plans. I asked for an update (& a tracking number which they also don’t provide you with) 6 days in & received an update that it will arrive on the 3rd of December, it’s now the 7th. I asked for the tracking number again, and once again i was ignored. I find it very odd that a company can claim they send their parcels ‘next day delivery’ which is a service that always has a reference number or a tracking number provided, yet don’t give the information to the customer. I also find it odd how an item can be sent ‘next day’ delivery, but still not be here 12 days later. By the time I receive this scarf, if i ever do, it’ll be summer. Don’t shop with this company.”

“I'd never heard of or shopped with Nicholls online before but found them when searching for a branded pair of trousers. The price was really comoetetive and they had free delivery and good reviews so I bought from them. I'm glad I did because the service was great! The order arrived really quickly and was absolutely beautifully packaged. I bought 2 sizes as I wasn't sure which one to get and the returns process to send back the ones I didn't want was free and really easy. I'm super happy and would definitely shop with them again 😊”
