“Arrived next day by tracked delivery service which was very prompt. Obvious care with the packing as the item came beautifully packed . The Barbour coat is an excellent fit and I was pleased with the attention to detail and quality of fabric.”

“My order was processed very quickly and the price was the cheapest on the market. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund as the fit didn't suit me, and this was in my account the following day - impressive! I will order from Nichols again.”

“Quick efficient service, I had to send dress back, I telephoned the company who were very polite and informative, my account was credited back within one working day of them receiving the returned dress. Good company to deal with, only sorry dress didn't fit.”

“I am very happy with this company and Tom in particular. I had an issue with another company where I bought a hand bag and received it packed flat and therefore creased. No way of ensuring that a replacement would be any better so contacted Nicholls and spoke to Tom. He went out of his way to sort me an identical bag and made sure it was in perfect condition. I spoke with him at about 10.00am, received a call back about 1.00, placed order then and received item 11.45 next day. Brilliantly packed. Thank you all.”
