“I ordered my item on a Wednesday had free next day delivery unfortunately had to return the item as it didn't fit. My refund was back in my account by following Wednesday Excellent service”

“Had an issue with my online order so telephoned Nicholls online. Chap I spoke to was very helpful and resolved my issue. Order was promptly delivered...just a shame it didn't fit me :-( ...the refund was dealt with just as efficiently. Definitely recommend.”
