“I did already send an email expressing my delight with your service. It is first rate. The parcel arrived super-quickly and was really beautifully, and carefully, wrapped. I was able to wear the dress I bought straight away because it had been treated so well by your firm. I would not hesitate to buy from you again and will positively try to find something else to buy! The free gift of a key ring was nice but not necessary. You don't need to make this sort of gesture when you give such excellent service.”

“First order with Nicholls. Service was excellent. Product was well packaged. Very quick delivery and courier service was efficient. Was informed when the delivery would be, asked if I wanted parcel in a safe place etc as I would be out. Parcel was left on the day it was meant to be delivered, in the safe place of my choice and email sent to me when it was all done. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you.”
