“A very positive experience overall. Easy to navigate and order online and delivery was quicker than expected. I was impressed by the excellent deal on my newly purchased Balfour jacket. “I ordered a nomination charm from Nicholls online.It was cheaper than other sites and offered free P@P.It arrived quickly and was packed so well.Really felt as if someone had sent me a birthday gift it was all wrapped in pretty tissue and a velvet pouch.Thankyou so much Nicholls Online your service was outstanding.I have shopped in your stores on daytrips to Crickhowel and Brecon but don't live close to these areas.You are a top class uk company and i hope people support you in these hard times.I know i will shop with you again soon.”

“I was delighted to find the Schoffel Aviemore jumper in my size and with a discount. I had looked at various online sellers and Nicholls was the only one that stocked the full range of sizes, with the added bonus of a discount. Postage was free (another bonus) and the jumper arrived beautifully packaged and in a super quick time. I would recommend Nicholls for its competitive price and variety of country clothing.”

“I am very impressed with Nicholls Online, fast dispatch and delivery, free delivery and returns gave me a piece of mind if something doesn't fit. Good communication via phone and email. Extremely helpful staff, went the extra mile to help me when I needed to exchange a Barbour dress for a smaller size. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to purchase from Nicholls.
