“I wanted a gift for my best friend and saw that the company Nichols had voyage Maison cushions. After placing my order I received a call from them checking the postcode for delivery and I also received an email. The lady on the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful and had such a nice tone to her voice. Nothing was too much trouble and the delivery arrived well packaged the next day ...less than 24hrs since I placed my order. I don't know how they did it but fantastic service from an online provider. My friend is thrilled with her gift”

“This is the second joules dress I have purchased from this site. Both times the dresses were on sale even though they are from the current summer range so I got the best deals around. with the first purchase I got an extra £1 off for sharing on Facebook. With the added benefit of free next day delivery this was a hassle free shopping experience that I will more than happily repeat! in fact I have my eye on another dress !!”

“I found the whole experience of shopping on line with Nicholls excellent. I had to contact the shop by phone to make a slight change to my order, the member of staff was very helpful and accommodating. There are a few companies I would consider have ordering on line 'spot on' and this is one one them. I would certainly order from them again and have no reservations recommending them from my experience.”

“My only gripe is "Where is the star for Excellent!?". This is my first time of buying with Nicholls and it won't certainly be my last. I love Loccitaine and bought two of the Cherry Blossom Shimmer body lotions. All I can say is Nicholls offer a first class product,at a first class price- they are indeed a first class seller! I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered them and highly recommend them! Haze.”

“I ordered the swarovski Christmas crystal as a christening present (but had left it until the last minute). This was one of the very few places to stock it. They offered next day delivery but would let one know, by phone, within the hour if this was not going to be possible. They did! However, when I shared my disappointment that I would not receive it in time for the christening, the most delightful lady emailed me back to tell me that she would do her best to get it to me. This was not a problem of their making! It was my own fault! However, Becky Jones, the lady in question, went out of her way to get the item and get it delivered by Royal Mail (signed for delivery). It arrived the next day!! I cannot begin to tell anyone how impressed I was by the courtesy and standard of service offered and provided. The item was beautiful and I was so grateful.”
