“This is a first time buy from this company and I am very very impressed. Super fast next day delivery, impressively packaged and even more impressive at no cost, how good is that? Believe me I am a devoted John Lewis shopper who are well known for their customer service so you have to be very good to stand out and get my attention. And now even better - the item purchased was £30 cheaper than any other website I looked at. With regard to the item purchased it was, as one would expect from a company like Joules, beautifully styled, lovely fabric and true to size. All in all I am delighted to have found this company and will certainly shop here again.”

“Had spent a while choosing some cushions for my new conservatory furniture. They were expensive locally so after searching the Internet found they were cheapest at Nicholls. Although they were not in stock I was in contact with Luke, the website manager, who was brilliant and they arrived within a couple of days, once in stock. I received a brilliant service. Would highly recommend them! Thank-you”

“I bought a Barbour jacket for my partner which I couldn't find in stock on the barbour website. I was directed here, the service was prompt and Nicholls were easy to deal with, the item arrived next day and being this close to Christmas was brilliant! Will definitely shop here again!”

“I would just like to say your online service is second to none! I was thrilled to how I was kept informed throughout the whole process from ordering on a Monday and receiving my goods with Free delivery on the Wednesday. On receiving my goods I was even more thrilled to find them package to the standard that I am used to when purchasing in your Nicholls Stores. I visited the Abergavenny branch yesterday to make some further purchases and did pass on my thoughts then also.”
