“Use of the website was easy and item purchased quickly dispatched. Delivery assured through tracked carrier but yet to make sure item was not damaged as this is a Christmas present to a friend and will not be opened until 25th Dec.”

“The purchase of my raincoat couldnt have been simpler. The garment was received via Royal Mail within a couple of days despite Covid. I am pleased that I saw on the website that the sizing was different to the normal and I ordered a Size 10 instead of my usual 12 and the coat fits perfectly.”

“One of my items was perfect. The other was not what I ordered. I was told that it was “listed wrongly” when I rang to query. I don’t feel I should need to return an item I didn’t order for a refund -due to it being incorrect from your end. I asked your staff to make sure this ‘wrong listing’ was corrected so that it didn’t happen to anyone else.”

“Very quick delivery and easy site to navigate through. Excellent service offering free postage and returns for orders over a reasonaby low margin. Coat was nice but too big for me so promptly returned. Just waiting for the funds to be returned to my account to finalise the transaction. Everything else was quick so hoping the refund will be too.”
