“This was the first time I have shopped with Nicholls online and I was very impressed. I was phoned on the same day I ordered with the date my order would come. I was then tested with time parcel would be delivered. Items were packed in tissue paper in a box, delivered on time and exactly as expected. If I hadn't been I could have changed the delivery or given details of where the parcel could have been left. I will definitely be returning thank you Nicholls.”

“Very prompt service and extremely helpful. I needed some assistance with sizes for the product I was purchasing and rang the online contact number. An extremely helpful gentleman got the product from the shelf and tried it on for sizing which reassured me the footwear would be right. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service and price! I searched everywhere for a Joules shirt to quickly replace the one my husband got for Christmas as it turned pink when accidentally washed with a red scarf ...oops! I really didn't want to pay full price as I was so cross with myself for ruining it. After thoroughly scouring the Internet and comparing prices, Nicholls came out on top, significantly undercutting all other sites selling the same shirt. I placed the order, which was quick and easy to do, and the shirt arrived in a couple of days, well packaged (and not over packaged) and ready to wear...problem solved, thank you Nicholls!”

“Have recently purchased an item from Nicholls and was very impressed with the service. Next day delivery as promised, supurb. The person I dealt with was friendly and efficient. It made the whole shopping experience a real pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble. She made a tricky situation a breeze. Good to know there are people on line that can make shopping this way as good as going into a store! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use their services again.
