“I was extremely pleased both with the garment and the service. I saved over £20 on the RRP, the item was delivered within a few days, carefully packaged and I was able to track its progress and delivery time. I will definitely be using Nicholls online again.”

“Brilliant service, they me know well in advance that my delivery would be a day late. Product arrived beautifully packed and wrapped. I really appreciated this level of service and customer care..... Buy everything from them if you can!”

“Just found my item by chance-never heard of Nicholls before but found them by Googling my item-easy to buy,quick to deliver,great communication and was able to rearrange delivery to a collection store on my way home from work-very pleased and item cheaper too! Thanks”

“I wanted a pair of Black Cha Cha Fitflops but most places had sold out of the Black ones, including the Fitflop shop, but I found them at Nicholls Online and they were £14 cheaper. I ordered them on line in the morning and they arrived the next morning by 10.15am and fitted perfectly - how's that for quick service. Thanks Nicholls, will use you again.”

“Coat arrived one working day later that expected at the time of order BUT, Nicholls called to explain this shortly after the order was placed. Very helpful and professional. The coat still arrived very promptly compared to many online retailers. Very pleased with the coat, the price and the service. Highly recommended!”

“This was the first time I had used this site and was impressed with the quick and tip top delivery of my shoes and the fact my choice was not made more expensive through delivery charges on top of my purchase. Similar shoes that I had ordered from an alternative site were not wrapped and presented as my Nicholls shoes were and I felt immediately that they were in first class saleable quality. I would certainly use this site again.”

“The bear was packed into a narrow box but this may have made him more secure. The speed of postage was great. I love the charlie bear and he arrived safe and well. I feel that the 5% on your next visit could have been a bit more. Other than that great service. I would buy from again. Thank you.”

“I had never heard of Nicholls before but the item I googled came up as being sold there. I ordered online and it was delivered really quickly and packaged beautifully. The item was really good value and the service I received was outstanding. After browsing online I can see that Nicholls sells many items I would love and I can see it becoming my favourite online shop!”

“Had been looking for a Weird Fish Macaroni full zip hoody everywhere but no one had one in my size online or on the high st. I managed to find one on the Nicholls online website. It was not only available but also £25 cheaper than anywhere else. It arrived very quickly and is just what I wanted. Will use Nicholls again.”

“Very, very pleased with my 'Charlie bear' , who arrived in pristine condition. It was very easy to order online. Clear , concise instructions and easy payment system.
