“My lovely Joules Jacket arrived quickly, very well packaged and was just as I wanted. Nichols kept me updated with the progress of my ordered and it arrived on the date they stated. All in all a great shopping experience made even better by having my Jacket at a brilliant price. Can thoroughly recommend this Company.”

“Both my orders arrived promptly. In the second order one of the bowls was chipped, I phoned Nicholls and it was sorted out immediately. The replacement bowl arrived as promised a couple of days later. Excellent service.”

“If my first purchase from Nicholls is typical of their service I would happily recomend them. I ordered a Bering watch and found their pricing to be very competitive without the faff of having to enter any promotion/offer codes, the price you saw on their site was the price you paid. They were also very informative to the extent that, although I placed my order before the cutoff time for sameday despatch, (by a matter of minutes), I recieved an apologetic phone call from them letting me know that their courier service had collected a little early and my order arrived just too late for that days collection. Far better than me having to query where my order was when it did not arrive when expected. The way my order was packaged was superbly protective, no way that being dropped or thrown around by the delivery service was going to cause problems. All in all a very satisfying purchase.”
