“I didn't know that Nicholls Online existed until I searched for a stockist online who had this White Stuff jumper in stock in my size as it wasn't available in the Manchester White Stuff shop (where I'd first seen the jumper in a small size and thought it lovely) or online. I couldn't find the jumper in my size at the usual alternative websites of John Lewis or House of Fraser so did some more searching. I was pleased to find the jumper at Nicholls Online, ordered it and it was delivered quickly free of charge. A lovely snuggly winter jumper with a lovely pattern. Have noticed that Nicholls Online stock some good brands so will return to their website”

“Despite the fact that 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock, my first and overall impression of 'Nicholls Online' is that they are FIRST CLASS. They contacted me personally to advise me of the missing items and offered me alternatives. They even honoured my discount and free postage despite my revised order being under the threshold. I will use them again and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who values customer service. Thank You Alan :-)”
