“Excellent service! Delivery was fast and free. Came packaged in lovely box with tissue paper. Joules coat is great fit (I always buy next size up to enable layers underneath) and usual Joules quality. Warm coat without being too bulky.”

“I ordered and paid for a jacket online but unfortunately a stock error meant there was not jacket for sale and so my order was cancelled. Disappointing really since the online price was very good. I subsequently bought the jacket elsewhere but had to pay a to more for it.”

“Bought a Charlie bear which is beautiful, BUT the down side was... it was 25 pound which meant free delivery ( great ) but then got a pound discount taken off so at the end I didn't get free postage. ALL I WOULD SAY IS BE WARY !”

“Really impressed with the service of Nicholls. The cushion I ordered arrived on Tuesday as ordered on Sunday. I had entered my old postcode address in error, sent an email to get it corrected, and and email came back immediately (on a Sunday) assuring me this had been done. I will be using Nicholls again, I am sure.”
