It is an absolute pleasure shopping with Nicholls, either online or instore. Fast and efficient delivery and returns service online, and walking into any of the three store is like walking into Aladins cave and visiting your friends all rolled into one. Staff are helpful without being pushy.

My very first purchase from Nicholls. Excellent shop, service and returns experience. The top I bought had part of a heart sewn into the collar and for me it looked a little odd so returned it. Another customer may not have been so bothered by it. I would definitely purchase from Nicholls again.

Great choice of jewellery. I found the item which i couldn't find available elsewhere. Easy to order and fast delivery. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent but customer services were fabulous. Easy and free returns. Correct item was sent to me within 5 days. Staff on the phone could not have been more helpful regarding exchange. Excellent communicaton.

I phoned Nicholls and they were very polite and sent me a free returns label, but it was an inconvenience to have to re-pack and return the boots and wait for my refund, even though it was very prompt once the boots has been receive.

Great service but awful returns .Stuck if you haven't got a printer at home .Very complicated.It involves sending the online label via email to a shop then they can print the label and charge one pound!!!!!
