“I discovered this website by chance when looking for a particular dress that they happened to stock. I found that browsing items was straightforward and once I'd ordered the products, they were delivered very quickly. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would be happy to use this company again :)”

“I ordered a jacket, it was delivered promptly.sadly it was not suitable, I was able to download the returns slip etc, and I was refunded very quickly. Very good service and I would have no problem ordering another item again.”

“Would definitely use Nicolls again. Service was very good. One slight problem I had was each time I opened up their web page a little message always appeared in the bottom right hand corner of my screen saying '' we are off line at the moment'' but they weren't.”

“Jacket came in good time, seemed very good quality, but (L)was much too large (although I had a previous one from the same manufacturer in the same size which I had had for years) I returned it. Unfortunately as it was a sale, they had no Mediums, but a refund followed quickly and without any fuss. I would buy from them again.”
