“Fantastic service. I ordered item on Monday afternoon and had it in my hand by Tuesday lunch time. Free postage and packaging. Nicholls is what all on line retailers should strive to be. Will use again and again. Cannot fault anything t all. Even the price was the best I had found!!!”

“My wife saw a bag on Cath Kidston web site in the sale. Went to purchase it and said it was out of stock even thou the email about the sale had only just come through. I looked for the bag on the internet and found Nicholls had one. Quick and easy to order and got a discount for liking them on Facebook, superb. This was late in the evening but less than 36 hours later it was at my home. Packaging was good and the bag is excellent. 5 star service all round.”

“Bought this cushion (Mr and Mrs Chicken) as a present for a friend. It arrived very quickly and was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. I added another layer of wrapping and it was perfect! My friend absolutely loved the cushion and the quality was brilliant. Great happiness all round! Thank you Nicholls. This was my first purchase but I shall be buying more. Top notch online shopping experience.”
