“Navigating the website and ordering the item were both quick and easy tasks. Setting up payment was also nice and simple. My item arrived in perfect condition, and packing was ample. Only downside was I paid for 24-hour delivery, and the delivery date I was given confirmed this, but my item actually arrived a day late. All in all, I’d shop with Nicholls again but not trust their one day delivery.”

“Dispatch on my order was delayed due to adverse weather conditions but at all times I was kept informed by email of the expected delivery date. I was very impressed. The item arrived when expected and was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Thank you all.”

“The service I have received has been nothing short of excellent. The item I ordered arrived the next day (for only 99p extra). Unfortunately I had to return it as it did not suit me but the returns process was very simple and I received a refund within 2 days of return. Fantastic!”
