“I had to return skirt purchased for next size up and phoned Nicholls Online as instructed to ensure next size available. Hannah said stock showing only 1 left so would check with warehouse and call me back. Called me back to say she had reserved item and would hold until receipt of my return. She couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. Very impressed with such excellent customer service, Only hope this skirt fits !!”

“Was given to DPD and they lost the watch which was the only one left, I had to phone Nicholls three times to find out what was happening about the watch and was told that DPD had lost it along with some other things so in the end I asked for my money back which the lady I was speaking to said that she would have to ask her manager to see if I could have my money back I bought it from Nicholls and its you who had to sort it and refund my money not DPD, what has upset me most is it was a present for my daughters 40th birthday and leaves out in New Zealand, I didn't think it was handled very well.”
