“Delivery time excellent. Very disappointed it cost me £8.55 to return a lightweight down jacket. there could be a maximum charge for this weight of item if returned within 24 hrs which I did. Deters me from ordering again. Disappointing as your business is Mail order!”

“I have been trying to obtain a dress that I saw in a small shop in town they didn't have it in my size ,and didn't offer to try to get it for me,feeling disappointed I looked on line at all the obvious department store sites .None had the dress . But when I looked on Nicholas on line store they had exactly what I wanted in my size .The communication was great it arrived within a few days and was wrapped with care too. I am so pleased with the service they provided thanks”
