“Coat was fine , package ripped obviously been squashed and torn , maybe consider different parcel carrier if that's the service they offer ?”

“Found what I wanted and at a good price. Clear website that made ordering and paying simple and good communications throughout the process. Goods delivered by Royal Mail (which makes such a pleasure rather than couriers that can only function by satnav) right on time. Great service from start to finnish:)”

“I ordered "Come" cushions for a Christmas present to be sent to a different address. They arrived on the day Nicholls said they would. Nicholls customer service is excellent & the cushions were cheaper than anywhere else. I would order from this site again.”

“Outstanding customer service! The voyage pheasant pillow I ordered is lovely, just as expected, for the best possible price and arrived promptly. My order had just missed that day's delivery deadline and I was called minutes after placing it to be asked if it would be okay for the pillow to be sent next day and I genuinely felt that if I'd an issue with this that they would have done their best for me. Will definitely shop here again!”

“I live in Kent so I rang to ask availability of product.The young man said that stocks were low and that he would ring me back In a few moments to clarify the order.This he did and I placed the order over the phone. I had an e mail receipt very soon afterwards and the order arrived within the time stated. Excellent in every way.”
