“I ordered a jacket which was sold out in my size online and not to be found in stores anymore (at least in the ones I went to check). After thorough research I came across Nicholls Online and it was a very easy and straight forward process to order the jacket and it was on sale, too. Delivery was prompt and the jacket was nicely wrapped in tissue - a little detail I appreciated. Would definitely recommend it :)”

“I ordered a sold-out (in stores at least near me) Barbour jacket. It was on sale and when it was delivered it was carefully wrapped in lovely tissue. The delivery was prompt and the jacket fits perfectly and has become my new bff :) It took me a while to find the jacket online and there were lots of fake websites offering this particular jacket. Reading the reviews of Nicholls I knew I was in good hands (I live in Greater London). Would definitely recommend Nicholls online and will stop by again :) Thank you!”

“Very disappointed in your returns policy. Shoes were wrong size I asked for an exchange but was informed that I would have to pay return postage. This was not made clear at time of ordering. This is not stated on website or on returns slip. As there was no gaurantee that the next size would fit I had no choice but to ask for a refund at my expense. Please make this clear to customers that free returns are not provided. Very disappointed as I like the product and was happy with the purchase.”

“I ordered a pair of Skechers Propel (14170) Ladies Shoes 36-42: 38, Colour: Taupe. They arrived today as promised but unfortunately the are poorly sized and falling of my feet. I contacted you to ask for an exchange for a size 37 only to be told that I needed to pay for the return postage which I think is outrageous especially as there is nothing on the returns note to state that the return postage is to be paid by customer, if I had been aware of this then I wouldn't have ordered from the store. As there is no guarantee that a size 37 would fit I've had no choice but to ask for a refund, again which is going to cost be money. This is a very poor service and one I will not be using again. Buyer beware!!!!!”
