“Really quick delivery, packaged well. Looked everywhere online for this particular cwtch cushion & You were the only ones who stocked it. My welsh mother in law will be over the moon at Xmas.”

“Shoes were of good quality, but did not fit. The delivery service was shockingly poor and next day took a week to deliver. It was free, but the item cost £140 , so should be, but the hassle of trying to get the goods to my home was very stressful and involved a number of phone calls to the courier company, discussions with neighbours and constant changes of delivery destination and dates, I have never know anything like it! Then I had to pay £11 to return the good , very unhappy customer !”

“Purchased a Barbour Sapper jacket. Excellent price, much cheaper than other retailers. Really happy with quality and fit. The service was brilliant, despatched quickly and delivered by secure courier. I would definitely recommend and use Nicholls again.”
