“Absolutely perfect from start to finish. I stumbled across the web site by accident and I'm so glad I did. I had been looking for these particular wellies for quite some time without any luck. I ordered them as soon as I saw them and within 48 hours the were with me. Well packaged and perfect in every way. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, very impressive. I ordered a pair of Fairfax & Favor boots which were cheaper than anywhere else & I was given a 5% discount which was even better. The boots arrived 3 days later which was great considering the time of year & the amount of parcels in the system. Thank you. Will definitely be using Nicholls again.”

“I received an email from Nicholls advising to call Kyra regarding a jewellery order for my partner which I liked - I rang the number provided and then advised me to phone the Abergavenny store but did not have he number to hand to call and left me on hold. I then googled and called the Abergavenny store and spoke to someone who again was of no help and didn't want to help - promised a call back to take my payment for an item and never received a phone call to take the payment. Worst customer service I have ever received. An independent store you would have thought would have been glad of the business in these times - would never use again!!”
