“First of all it’s a free delivery and returns policy which is always a bonus. I recently ordered a Barbour jacket in a size 14 thinking it was small fitting it was too big, I rang and asked for a 12 instead, the girl over the phone was very helpful and explained what I had to do.”

“Very speedy despatch and delivery, and beautifully and carefully packaged in Nicholls tissue paper making the purchase suitable for gifting (if required). Would highly recommend this company and the excellent service they provide (even providing a pre-paid returns label should the purchase be unsuitable).
