“Great service and items were beautifully packed which was perfect as ordered Christmas presents. Next day delivery and very convenient as could collect from my local DPD point. Will definitely use again”

“To start with I had problems tracing an item. I found it on this website and ordered it but omitted to complete the order properly. I received an email the following day to advise and completed the order. the item was received the following day without carriage costs in good order. What more could a buyer wish for when making a purchase. Well done and thank you Nicholls.”

“Very fast delivery, exactly as stated. The item was packed in tissue, and as it was a Christmas present, it made wrapping easy and looked really good. This was the first time I have bought anything from Nicholls Online and I am very pleased with the service.”

“Having been let down by 2 other jewellers who took my order and then cancelled a day later wasting my time, the staff at Nicholls Online checked for me if the item was in stock and made sure it arrived in time for Christmas. Very happy with service and product. Price was also lower than the other 2 jewellers so happier still. ????”

“excellent customer service, had to speak to someone on the phone and confirm delivery before Christmas even ordering just one week before. Delivered in 3 days and was able to track all the way, had constant e-mails updating on progress. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family. Well done Nicholls.”

“Ordered item I wanted as per the picture on the website. Delivery was prompt although due to being with DPD I had to change the delivery to a local shop which was not as convenient. When I received the item it was not the item I had ordered, very annoying as it was meant as a Christmas present. Sent an e:mail to this effect the same day but have not received a reply. Have sent the item back at my expense even though the error was not mine. Very bad customer service post purchase.”
