“Charlie Bear - Edith : What a fantastic service from this company. Tried to find this item for months for my new niece, ordered late on Tuesday evening, delivered Friday morning....cant get any better service than that!! . Item was nicely boxed and my Charlie Bear was wrapped in tissue paper which was great and looked so much nicer rather than it coming in a plastic bag. Thanks Nicholls. Will shop with you again.”

“This is the first time I have purchased from Nicholls. I ordered a banana print White Stuff top. It was free delivery and sent out promptly. I am very pleased with the communication and service from Nicholls and I would definitely visit their website again for future orders. The top is fab too!!”

“The Cath Kidston website was out of stock of their Clouds large leather trim tote. So after a quick search, I found that Nicholls Online was still in stock and was matching the sale price of £35 (RRP £75). Couldn't believe my luck so ordered straight away and received the bag, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, within a couple of days. Very impressed with the quality of the product and speed of delivery. Would definitely order from Nicholls again in the future.”

“Quick to deliver as promised on their website. My husband wanted to buy me the 2015 limited edition Charlie Bear for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and it was ordered the day before and delivered on the day. At each stage we were informed who would be delivering the parcel and the rough time it would be received. Would definitely order from again as the communication was spot on and resulted in two very happy customers”
