“Nicholls Online offered the best price I could find anywhere in the whole of the UK for the type of Barbour Jacket I wanted, which was streets ahead of anyone else's 'Sale Offer'. I was very pleased to have found them and the price they were selling the jacket for. Their dispatch and delivery was amazingly prompt as well and I really appreciated the fact that the post & packing were free - That further added to the attractiveness of their selling price. The jacket was well packaged on arrival and fitted well. Very happy with my purchase - many thanks Nicholls”

“I have ordered through Nicholls before and their service is excellent. My goods arrived on time and I kept one of the articles which I ordered. The returns service is excellent as well and the money was refunded back to my account in record time, far better than other retailers which take up to 14 days. This alone warrants 5 stars. Also I had a query with my order which was politely and speedily dealt with. Thank you Nicholls for the excellent service you provide.”

“The service was very prompt, and the garment purchased was so nicely wrapped I felt I was receiving a present. My only disappointment was to find that the garment (a T-shirt) had a small ladder in the fabric. I would have asked for a replacement, but this was the last one in stock.”

“I ordered a jumper on-line and was pleased with the service. They emailed me confirmation and told me when it would be delivered and on the date they text me to give me a time slot . Everything was as they said it would be, no problems with any part of the order and it was the cheapest on-line! v happy!”
