“Recently purchased a pair of trainers for my Dad as gift, tried them on too small and needed to change them for another size. However I noticed that I did not receive a receipt for my purchase ( email receipt) I was worried that they would not believe me that I have only just purchased them, but I rang the store and the sales person I spoke to bent over backwards to ensure he found my sale. Very good customer services and easy to talk too. Very happy with my whole experience”
