My ring hasn’t charged since I received it. They sent me another charger but it still won’t charge. They won’t respond when I ask for a refund or for a ring that works. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work.

I received my ring with no issues. I had a few questions and Diana helped me with all of them. She is great! Love their customer support! I set up a subscription and paired the ring easily. I heard they had some issues but it looks like they have managed to fix those. I love my ring and feel safer now

Love my ring! Had a problem with sync at first, then set up process was smooth. It sends alerts as promised in the ad, my contacts received theirs. And then they called to ask me about my emergency. So it works. Also when you send alert, you can see your location updated in real time.

This product was disappointing, and I'm being generous. The first one, I returned due to malfunction. I attempted to return the new replacement ALSO due to malfunction. I was told it was too late to return, so basically not only does the ring not work properly, NIMB doesn't stand behind their product. The biggest issue is that the ring glitches and calls for help by itself for no reason. Do not buy this product.

The device and the idea behind it is revolutionary. Unfortunately, I've never been able to get my ring to work for more than two weeks. I received two rings from the company and both died after a week or two of usage. The customer service is nice and tries to help me, but the product is sadly still not ready for primetime.
