Would love it if express post could be included in the free delivery for areas outside the East coast due to the lengthy time on garments that are priced over $100 or more. Or the option to pay the difference from free postage to express postage. Order placed on 8th February and not scheduled to be here until 19th Feb.”

“Disappointed with the Reuters policy- item was too small for a 10 and an odd fit, not at all what I it seemed online. The only option was store credit and even then you have to foot the bill of the return, spent so I can’t get my money back & wasted $30. Slow at processing return too 4 days no update. The lousy returns make it too much of a gamble to buy again”
