“This is such a fantastic Australian brand.. I only came to find it in the last few months and am now addicted. I am so glad that I took the chance on my first purchase and got to see just how great the designs and fabrics are. They are great quality, made well and often unique in their designs.. I particularly love the jumpsuit range as they have a real vintage vibe. Customer service is second to none, the team are so responsive if you have a question or need help, they process your orders amazingly quickly and if you do have to swap or do a return it is handled proficiently without fuss.. The lovely owners of the business also interact and connect with their customers which in this day and age is certainly not the norm, this makes you feel special and valued. Can't recommend enough.”

“Jess is a shining light and happily helps every time, This makes the whole experience such a lovely experience. The whole team make you feel like part of their tribe, which makes me feel so valued. I am consistently complimented on my clothes and I always say that ‘it’s not just the clothes it’s the whole NLB experience’. Thank you NLB for creating a safe, inclusive and enjoyable space for all to experience your beautiful clothes! “I purchased the Quincey Mini Dress and unfortunately the style just didn’t suit me. I’m bigger around the bum and small around the bust so the bust area fit nicely but the skirt part clinged and didn’t look nice on my body type. The print is beautiful though! I will be returning the dress to swap and try another style - I’d love some guidance on what might work better for my shape (big booty, little boobs). I’d love something a bit looser fitting around the hips”

They connect with their customers, they have great customer service, easy returns and a bonus if you keep a store credit rather than refund, and of course it goes without saying the clothes are amazing. I love the fabrics and designs and the material is great quality.
