“Paid to have a gift sent to my daughter in college and requested her birthday for delivery by date. Was never told that it couldn’t be delivered by then and of course it is set to arrive the day after now.”

“I emailed them worried the Nipyata wouldn't be there in time and they responded within a few minutes saying they'd ship it from their closest website and it would make it by the date I needed. What a relief!! Awesome customer service.”

“Very disappointed with customer service. Package was “lost” but there is no way to contact the company except email. No phone number available . Never offered any resolution except to say oops!”
