“The product did not ship until the day it was suppose to be delivered and only after I called and emailed. Although I left a two day buffer it still did not arrive on time because of issues with fed ex. What upset me the most was that there was no apology and no response to me emails other than a shipping notification and a refund. I realize things happen but at least be accountable. My daughter is out of state and this was for her 21 bday. I was extremely disappointed.”

“The piñata was suppose to be delivered in 1/18. The company did not ship it until after I left a message on 1/18. It did not arrive in time for the party. I left a voicemail and email asking the company to contact one but received no response. If I knew it would not be received in time I could have ordered a replacement instead I was left with no gift for a special occasion. Extremely disappointed.”

“I sent this as a gift and everyone loved it. Provided at least a half hour of entertainment for a group of adults hanging out at the beach. It's not a cheap gift for sure but worth it for someone you really love if you can swing it.”
