I placed this order so it would arrive for a birthday on April 8. The delivery date has been constantly pushed back and I have YET to receive my order and today is April 9. I believe I am entitled to a refund of my shipping fee! Will not.order again!

This product unfortunately never came due to shipping issues, but I was issued a full refund after communication with the company. I hope to try again in the future once nationwide shipping issues iron out because overall it’s a neat idea and I’d like to send it to friends and family. My sister loved it when I told her, I hope to send one to her soon.

Very responsive customer service. I was notified after a week had gone by that they couldnt ship to PO box. As soon as I gave them residential address it arrived at residence the next day!! Thats fast service! Please update your site to show no shipping to PO boxes. Ive purchased twice from Nipyata and both recipients were very happy with their gifts!
