🚨 BUYER BEWARE 🚨 Do not buy any shoes from this company! I purchased a pair of lifting shoes in December and they have already ripped. I reached out to customer service and they had two solutions. They could exchange them for a pair of equal value. However, they don’t have any product available in my size. They’re second option was a 20% refund. Sounds better than nothing, right? I asked them to issued the refund to the card on file. The rep responded “okay you can use this code for your in store credit.” NOBULL if you’d like pics of my shoes/conversation feel free to reach out to me. I’m currently waiting for a supervisor. But, the rep said it may be a few days lol….

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. They need to stop spending so much on design, promotion and advertising and spend on quality. Shoes felt cheap even though they cost $150. They ripped...actually ripped never had this happen before.

Hello, I just wanted to write a review for No Bull. I purchased a pair of mid trainers. I had them for about 7mos and they started to rip on the collar. I sent photos to customer service, they responded that same day. They have been contact with me everyday. They offered to replace the shoes or give me store credit. Just a pleasure to have a company stand behind their product. The customer service is top notch and I wish other companies would take notes from No Bull. This has made me a No Bull customer for life. These shoes are simply not worth the money. The performance is not as good at nano's or metcons. They just aren't as good. They get floppy and unsupported quickly if you actually use them to workout. They say "no frills" but keep making more frills and no updated design.

Love my new running sneakers, best quality and performance shoe I've had in a long time. Highly recommend for fitness and casual use!! Ordering another color as we speak.

I have never been so disappointed with a purchase! The shoes are so expensive I expected so much more! These shoes do not breath at all! Like at all! I was so unbelievably hot during my hiit workout I had to stop and change them. Then I tried wearing them to work and not only was I insanely hot and had to keep sneaking them off but they were so hard and stiff they have no give at all and they creased on top of the toe after just one wear. I can’t return them because I’ve worn them I can’t sell them in good conscience and get anything close to what I spent. I have no use for them! Like throwing 130$ in the trash I’m so sad! I’m a very loyal customer to good brands and I will never purchase this brand again

If I could zero I would. Shoes arw not well made, glue all over the join between the shoe and sole. I tried to return them, but website would not recognise a zip code outside US. After emailing customer service on 4 separate occasions, I received no response. Do not shop at No Bull, its a scam

My shoes were misplaced in the mail and customer service issued a reshipment for me right away. They responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and truly cared about making sure I got my order. I always get stressed out when my orders get lost, but they made it much less stressful!! Thankful!

Their system changed my shipping address and as soon I got the confirmation and saw the error I messaged them to change it ASAP and they said they couldn’t do anything. Then I said I just want a refund, then they said the item is shipped already so they can’t do that either. They told me to wait couple weeks until the item is delivered and sent back but I wouldn’t even know if it gets sent back since it is the wrong address who knows that person will send it back and if I would get my refund or shoes. I definitely don’t care about getting shoes anymore, I just want my money back.

does not hold up well, but you wouldn't know because they are always coming up with new styles customers buy before they could wear out. I have a pair of the trainer's Heathe black.... very hard material and fabric near shoelace is coming undone. My spring blue trainers got a hole in the right toe frabic after 8 months. Horrible for running. My swirls are barely used so they still look new. Going back to reebok trainers. Mess Nanos 4.0 :(

Literally the shittiest customer service possible. I ordered and paid for shoes for a gift for my husband. They never arrived. I contacted customer service and it took weeks to get a response and I was told to wait while they “investigated.” Over a week later they asked for an alternate shipping address (I have no clue why, but I provided one) and then days later I was told the product was out of stock. I have never been so disappointed in a company.

I absolutely love my nobull shoes. I work in the medical field and on my feet as soon as I walk through the doors. I have custom orthotics that I usually wear in my other athletic shoes but since I have started wearing these shoes, I do not wear them. These shoes are so light and supportive. They fit true to size. These are the only shoes I will be purchasing from now on. Can't say enough good things about the shoes. No issues in shipping. LOVE THEM!!!

Hi I’ve just ordered my first set of shoes as I got to know you form equinox my gym in london. I received the wrong size as the website is very deceiving on sizes. I emailed customer service 5 times before getting any answer. To know that I have to pay 50 pounds to return the shoes because of a design fault in your website for 130 pounds shoes is unimaginable. I then go to write a review for NOBULL to find that MOST UK CLIENTS had exactly the same experience. Do you care at all???? Not happy wedt this purchase many charges on final factura also pay extra for fast shiping but no fast shiping,no cistumer service phone very expensive products ..and nobody can hepl by phone ...no way poor company 0 stars frist and last time buy here

Nobull are thieves. Hear me out, If you pay extra for fast shipping BUT they send you the wrong order like totally different shoe and size. And then after you send it back they send you the correct product but downgrade the shipping you originally paid for.... is that good customer service???

If you live in The Netherlands: do not order online. Your product will never arrive. Their international shipping to Europe sucks, DHL Global Mail does not properly connect with the EU: they stop owning the package once on EU soil. Thy refuse to hand it over to a continental shippper. They refuse to refund. Terrible.

This company is a scam, they won't fill your order and will give you the runaround trying to delay a refund. I'm dealing with PayPal right now to get my money back. I've never dealt with a company this bad since 2005.

I ordered on 4/14 and my shoes still no where to find today 4/27. They kept pushing back on the delivery dates. Worst experience so far, will not order any more.

No Bull is misleading in processing and delivery times. At this point it has been over a week and I received the following: Hello there! Your order is awaiting to be dispatched from our facility for a shipment within the week. With the unexpected order volume we received at present, please be advised that we have extended our processing timeline. Even with this challenge, our team has been working tirelessly to get your much-needed gears ship as soon as possible. As soon as your order is picked up from our warehouse, we will send you another email which will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you track your order online at all times. Feel free to reach out if there is anything else we can be of assistance with! So it will be over 2 weeks to ship and who knows how long before they are delivered. Unhappy at the lack of proactive (I had to contact them) communication as well as the misleading advertising.

Like many of the other reviews here, I fell victim to awful customer service. I've purchased from Nobull many times in the past as I love the product quality. Unfortunately their customer support has taken a nosedive over the past year. I 2 outstanding orders that have not been fulfilled and am now having to work with my bank to do a chargeback because their absolutely awful customer service does not even respond. I will no longer be a customer.
