My shoes were misplaced in the mail and customer service issued a reshipment for me right away. They responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and truly cared about making sure I got my order. I always get stressed out when my orders get lost, but they made it much less stressful!! Thankful!

Their system changed my shipping address and as soon I got the confirmation and saw the error I messaged them to change it ASAP and they said they couldn’t do anything. Then I said I just want a refund, then they said the item is shipped already so they can’t do that either. They told me to wait couple weeks until the item is delivered and sent back but I wouldn’t even know if it gets sent back since it is the wrong address who knows that person will send it back and if I would get my refund or shoes. I definitely don’t care about getting shoes anymore, I just want my money back.

does not hold up well, but you wouldn't know because they are always coming up with new styles customers buy before they could wear out. I have a pair of the trainer's Heathe black.... very hard material and fabric near shoelace is coming undone. My spring blue trainers got a hole in the right toe frabic after 8 months. Horrible for running. My swirls are barely used so they still look new. Going back to reebok trainers. Mess Nanos 4.0 :(

Literally the shittiest customer service possible. I ordered and paid for shoes for a gift for my husband. They never arrived. I contacted customer service and it took weeks to get a response and I was told to wait while they “investigated.” Over a week later they asked for an alternate shipping address (I have no clue why, but I provided one) and then days later I was told the product was out of stock. I have never been so disappointed in a company.

I absolutely love my nobull shoes. I work in the medical field and on my feet as soon as I walk through the doors. I have custom orthotics that I usually wear in my other athletic shoes but since I have started wearing these shoes, I do not wear them. These shoes are so light and supportive. They fit true to size. These are the only shoes I will be purchasing from now on. Can't say enough good things about the shoes. No issues in shipping. LOVE THEM!!!

Hi I’ve just ordered my first set of shoes as I got to know you form equinox my gym in london. I received the wrong size as the website is very deceiving on sizes. I emailed customer service 5 times before getting any answer. To know that I have to pay 50 pounds to return the shoes because of a design fault in your website for 130 pounds shoes is unimaginable. I then go to write a review for NOBULL to find that MOST UK CLIENTS had exactly the same experience. Do you care at all???? Not happy wedt this purchase many charges on final factura also pay extra for fast shiping but no fast shiping,no cistumer service phone very expensive products ..and nobody can hepl by phone ...no way poor company 0 stars frist and last time buy here

Nobull are thieves. Hear me out, If you pay extra for fast shipping BUT they send you the wrong order like totally different shoe and size. And then after you send it back they send you the correct product but downgrade the shipping you originally paid for.... is that good customer service???

If you live in The Netherlands: do not order online. Your product will never arrive. Their international shipping to Europe sucks, DHL Global Mail does not properly connect with the EU: they stop owning the package once on EU soil. Thy refuse to hand it over to a continental shippper. They refuse to refund. Terrible.

This company is a scam, they won't fill your order and will give you the runaround trying to delay a refund. I'm dealing with PayPal right now to get my money back. I've never dealt with a company this bad since 2005.

I ordered on 4/14 and my shoes still no where to find today 4/27. They kept pushing back on the delivery dates. Worst experience so far, will not order any more.

No Bull is misleading in processing and delivery times. At this point it has been over a week and I received the following: Hello there! Your order is awaiting to be dispatched from our facility for a shipment within the week. With the unexpected order volume we received at present, please be advised that we have extended our processing timeline. Even with this challenge, our team has been working tirelessly to get your much-needed gears ship as soon as possible. As soon as your order is picked up from our warehouse, we will send you another email which will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you track your order online at all times. Feel free to reach out if there is anything else we can be of assistance with! So it will be over 2 weeks to ship and who knows how long before they are delivered. Unhappy at the lack of proactive (I had to contact them) communication as well as the misleading advertising.

Like many of the other reviews here, I fell victim to awful customer service. I've purchased from Nobull many times in the past as I love the product quality. Unfortunately their customer support has taken a nosedive over the past year. I 2 outstanding orders that have not been fulfilled and am now having to work with my bank to do a chargeback because their absolutely awful customer service does not even respond. I will no longer be a customer.

I bought a pair of sandals for my son and they broke after 3 weeks... my son reached out to the company and send pictures to absolutely no response!!! Extremely poor customer service.... will NEVER recommend this company!!!!!!! I was very disappointed and will never buy again anything from Nobull!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Charged my account the first day and over a week now nothing has shipped. No reply to any status inquiry. Over $500 in purchase and I have zero hope this company will fulfill my order at this point. Birthday gifts for my son will most likely be money robbed. Awful.

Terrible customer service and they still haven't refunded my money for my return. I have an email chain of approx 10 communications where I tried to first initiate the return to having to chase them after 8 days of receiving my return. Buyers Beware.

Billed immediately for shoes that were to ship the following week. 25 days later still no shoes and not one single email from the company with regards to order status other than billing confirmation the same day of order. Unprofessional and little regard to customers.

the shows are great do not get me wrong how ever the exchange/ replacement of damaged shoes is horrible i place a second order i the beginning 2019 did not get them on the mail I contact the company (text or email only no human response) they told me that the shoes where placed inside the mail box, my mailbox is too small for a box of shoes, they said that they would begin an investigation to see what happened to the shoes but a new set of shoes will be order and the representative told me they will mail them by friday 4 days from when i contacted them, I asked about the exchanged of a damaged pair of shoes I send them the picture and the representative send me the return form and he explained that once the shoes get to the warehouse they will inspect them and them it mail a new pair back to me sonI packed the shoes and mail them the same day of the conversation 2/22/2021. i have tried to reach out to someone every week about this they love to respond at 12:02am after midnight and they claim not to have a robot response hmm very shady. It is now 3/22/2021 and i got a response at 12:28am to let me know that it will be shipped by the end of this week due to the warehouse being busy, really they had my money and the shoes for over 3 months this is a joke and i have pictures of the chats and emails that support that they are NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. My wife wants this stupid shoes and i would continue this battle with nobull but to me this is a bulls....t company and i will continue to tell my friends not to even try this brand as they are only money driven with just the amount of time that i have spend in chats emails i have paid 5 times for the shoes of I bill them for my time this is not counting the frustration and the disappointment to my wife that is priceless and Iam making it up to her and she is trying the old and reliable brands Adidas, Nike and Under Harmor.

Terrible customer service. Shoes came in with a black mark and dark shadow over one. One shoe looked darker than the other. I needed them for a competition so I didn't send them back. Sent pics and was only asking for a small credit i could use in the store since I paid $180. Contacted them 3 times. Received 1 response but nothing was resolved. I have contacted them multiple times.
