“I ordered from them. I received the size that ordered, but it was unfortunately not the write size for my foot. I emailed and they responded within a day and had my return processed. I shipped it them back at no charge and received the correct size a few weeks later. Easy peasy. Will definitely be ordered from NoBull again.”
“Full disclosure, I too had a bit of difficulty with my order arriving late.
That said, best purchase of 2021. I have never owned a pair of tennis shoes that felt this good. Also, only have had them a couple if weeks and have had several people compliment them. Can't remember last time anyone complimented my tennis shoes.

“We ordered a pair a running shoes that we didn't love upon receipt. We returned them from NY on October 28th, 2021. They show received at NoBull's return warehouse in MA on November 15th. As of December 2nd, they still have not issued a refund to the credit card that we used to purchase the shoes with. I emailed their customer service department two requesting status, but still no response. Customers should not have to wait five weeks for a refund, nor work hard to get that refund.”
“With the utmost respect garbage. I have ordered four pairs of shoes total. I ordered a pair of Runners, they tore within the first week. The 2nd pair tour within a month. The knits lasted a bit longer but they tore as well. They are not meant for a agailty work. Somthing as simple as a suicide sprints on the basketball court... The trainers are solid! Best weightlifting shoe I've ever had, but the rest are not up to point.”

They could exchange them for a pair of equal value. However, they don’t have any product available in my size. They’re second option was a 20% refund. Sounds better than nothing, right? I asked them to issued the refund to the card on file. I just wanted to write a review for No Bull. I purchased a pair of mid trainers. I had them for about 7mos and they started to rip on the collar. I sent photos to customer service, they responded that same day. They have been contact with me everyday. They offered to replace the shoes or give me store credit. Just a pleasure to have a company stand behind their product. The customer service is top notch and I wish other companies would take notes from No Bull. This has made me a No Bull customer for life. The shoes are comfortable and well made.
