“Do not purchase from this company. I made a mistake while making a purchase ( I understand that the mistake is on me) but they are unable to make ANY changes to your order once made. Including canceling your order. I work in Ecommerce and I find this ridiculous. I manage several sites utilizing the same platform they are and know how easy it is to make those changes. I will never purchase from this company again based on the customer service they have provided. They also send you a message saying that one of 'their rockstars" are working on responding to your request, but all of their responses are canned robotic responses.”

Ordered a pair of shoes, two months later, no shoes arrived. Nobullau said the shoes are lost in transit and they can not get them back and they will refund 50%. I never received a shipping traking number.
DO NOT BUY from them, they refuse to pay the full amount.

“I received a pair of NoBull shoes end of July and after just a couple weeks there was an area of the shoelace that came unglued. I returned it, got a new pair, and now, again after only a few weeks, the same part has come unglued. I tried to chat the other day but the chat kept disconnecting. All they did was send me a return slip, stating I have to again, return the shoes to then get a 3rd pair. I do not have the time to keep returning and then waiting on another pair. I thought they were suppose to be great shoes and thought I just got a bad pair, but its obviously a shoe issue. They are unwilling to work with me and just keep saying you just have to return and wait. Never again will I order NoBull.”

Customers don't grow on trees, and in the shoe manufacturing landscape, there are so many options, that this company should really do something about their internal processes and track so much better. If the manufacturing of this product is any close to their "delivery" well, I predict the product will not be going very far.
Please have in mind, that this is an e-commerce company, so delivery is a BIG part of their business, or at least it should.
Purchased the product Aug 27, and received an email it would be delivered within the next 24-48 hours.
After this, I received 6 different estimates for delivery. No contact by Brand or customer service to apologize or provide any explanation at all about the reason behind the delays. BTW we have a conversation initiated by me now but still have NO explanation.
It's been almost 15 days now and still waiting. All updates indicate next-day delivery and around 6 pm, changes to the next day, 6 times in a row. Contacted the brand and had to pull out of their text messages an apology but that is all you will get from this company. At this point they say can't make a refund, and the product has been called to be returned, so I'm left with no product, never saw them, and no refund.”
“The shoes look great. But when I ordered them, their size 12 seems smaller than other manufacturers. When I went to return them, as per their advertised “free returns” policy, they told me this is only for US customers, despite the fact that they were advertising in Australia.
This company blatantly lied, and they should not be trusted.”

“NOBULL is a great brand, with a great brand culture and even better customer support. despite what the karens and internet illiterate whiners in these reviews will tell you, they got back to me immediately once I chatted into their website. yes, emails take some time but that is the case with any customer service. half of these reviews are bad reviews from illiterates who clearly didnt read the website before mindlessly pressing buttons, and the other half are from people who ordered from obvious fake scam sites. my nobull orders have been fine and ive even gotten free things for the trouble ive had the one time i did have an issue with something ive ordered. they could be better with restocks but thats my onl complaint”

“Ordered a product and immediately recognized I had the wrong shipping address.
The communication for customer service is through text or email. I texted and immediately received a response stating that the order could not be changed once placed. There is no way that within 5 min of an order placement they cannot change the order in any way. I sent a few additional texts to see if there was any way around this, but nobody responded.
If you can’t change simple and timely order information, you probably shouldn’t be in business. I do not care how good these shoes are, they will be my last pair.”

“My shoes were sent to my old address somehow, I caught it right away and found out there is no customer service representative that I could talk to change it to my new one. I tried to email them to change the delivery to the correct one, but claimed there was nothing they could do because it was already shipped by UPS. That was not true because I when I contacted UPS they said that No bull had never created a shipping label yet and they didn't posses the package. Maybe they could change their name to All Bull! They couldn't even tell me that the final delivery would be made by USPS and that's who I needed to talk to. Never again no bull because you have zero customer service support and you are full of bull💩”
