“Order never received and the charge was timely. So out money and going through credit card company to attempt funds return. Customer service non-existent- Bots that are of no help. Not into cancel culture unless merchants don’t deliver for their payment. I would NOT order from this company.”
“Such a bad customer service. You have to pay return fees if you have ordered from Canada. They even don’t accept me to return my order while I’m in the US as I have placed my order in Canada, so ridiculous and disappointing. I bought two pairs as the size of the first pair didn’t fit and I had to return it. The customer service is not helpful at all and just sharing the return policy link. Not only I buy again but also let everyone know to avoid this brand.”
“The shoes were extremely uncomfortable under my arch. My workout pals have similar experiences. I went on the site to return them, and it recommended a drop off at Walgreen’s. I went there, and they could accept/scan the return. I reached out to No Bull, and they told me that Walgreen’s cannot accept returns even though their website suggested it. I took the return to FedEx; they received the shoes back within 2 days. However, the refund took weeks and follow up phone calls to be put back on my card. I do’ t want anyone else to go through what I did.”

“I need to exchange for a different size. They resent out my same sized. No phone number to call. All via chat, and the chat robot is not very helpful, and thus I received the same size shoes and no refund. The chat robot actually told me I would have to communicate more respectful or they would end the chat. I've spent 30 minutes my last 3 mornings dealing with this. There absolutely is no phone number to call to speak to a live person about the matter.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would.....I live in Hawaii and ordered a pair of shoes as a holiday gift for my husband. I thought ordering Thanksgiving weekend would be enough shipping time, but it wasn't. Apparently, they walk the package from their warehouse to CA and then load it on a month-long journey across the ocean. EVERYTHING ships faster here than they do! Yet when I inquired why my package hasn't arrived they told me to take a "gander" at their shipping policy which states that it could take 3 weeks to ship to Hawaii---that would have still been plenty of time when I ordered, but it still didn't arrive. So disappointed that they chose not to rush me a new package or try to make it right. It took days for me to get responses from them and my location was always the reason for their failure. I will never order here again.”

“Do not purchase from this company. I made a mistake while making a purchase ( I understand that the mistake is on me) but they are unable to make ANY changes to your order once made. Including canceling your order. I work in Ecommerce and I find this ridiculous. I manage several sites utilizing the same platform they are and know how easy it is to make those changes. I will never purchase from this company again based on the customer service they have provided. They also send you a message saying that one of 'their rockstars" are working on responding to your request, but all of their responses are canned robotic responses.”

Ordered a pair of shoes, two months later, no shoes arrived. Nobullau said the shoes are lost in transit and they can not get them back and they will refund 50%. I never received a shipping traking number.
DO NOT BUY from them, they refuse to pay the full amount.
