SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY! Please don’t order from this company! They will take your money and then they don’t respond at all! Only time they finally responded was after a few months and that was because I reported them to the BBB! Please don’t use this scam site!!!

I’ve ordered a number of items from Nobull in the past and loved them all. When wanted to exchange a product due to the sizing. Nothing!! I have emailed 6 times and tweeted multiple times with no response. Such a shame that a store with great products has such poor customer service. I will no longer be purchasing from this company and would not recommend them.

Train your attendants and delivery logistics better, because I waited 9 days for delivery and when asking for clarification I just received an email that my order was canceled due to lack of product, after 9 days. Absurd

THEY DONT REFUND RETURNED ITEMS! I returned my item more than 3 weeks ago and they say they have refunded the money -WHICH THEY HAVENT!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would have. I need to return items from my recent order and have emailed 5 times without any response what so ever. However the company have sent a few emails asking to review the items I ordered but they won't reply to a genuine enquiry! The worst customer service ever as it is non existent. Over priced products and lack of communication!!!

My jersey did come after waiting several weeks, but it was too large. I returned it on 1/6/21 and tracking proves it was delivered back to the store. It took more weeks to get any response when I emailed. (Phone calls just tell you to email). But they still haven't refunded my $54.99 after back and forth emails since 1/24/21. Now they wont even respond at all. NEVER buy from this store.

3 weeks after ordering I still do no have my sneakers - customer service sent a tracking number- tracked the package and now it’s coming up as invalid. Paid additional money to get them shipped sooner and that was all a scam to get more money from the consumer. Company is Massachusetts! I live in NY. Honestly could Have drive there and back faster. Beyond ridiculous!!!!!!! Virtually impossible to contact anyone at this company! Text not and email that they never answer- horrible customer service for a product that is not exactly cheap! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding this company

So disappointed! I ordered the wrong size by mistake and returned at my expense from the UK. The company received them 13th January. It is now the 31st january and no refund. Gutted as love the trainers and have several pairs. As a result of poor customer service I will never use this company. I haven’t even had an apology.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I ordered shoes from there 14 days ago, have not gotten a tracking number. Only auto response on email. The text chat was useless and got almost nothing done. At this point I’m going to dispute the charges with my credit card because I’ve never had worse customer service. I don’t write reviews, I normally don’t find it worth the time but this is infuriating and I’m appalled

I ordered 3 pairs of no bulls as Christmas gifts. I sent several inquiries wondering where they were... no response. They did finally arrive. Problem being,one pair are already coming apart after wearing 4 times. Sent an inquiry letting them know about it and what can be done, no response as of yet.

I made an order a week ago, have not heard a single thing from them. I have attempted to reach out and haven’t heard anything. The order just shows unfulfilled. They charged my account the first day. I made this order 12 days in advance for a birthday present thinking I would be good. Bad idea. I will never use them again.

The company is terrible. They take your money and fail to ship product. I’m over a week now waiting for it to be shipped. Since they don’t want to deal with customer service they limit you to an often malfunctioning chat program but then refuse to answer your questions. Every answer is we’ll get back to you in 2-3 business days and then they don’t. Nothing but incompetent no talent ass clowns.

I live in Canada 🇨🇦 I have been wearing and completely happy with the same brand of shoes for years..I am a shoe store owner and so there for buying shoes outside my store makes me extremely picky when it comes to quality fit and service. No Bull was my first purchase outside my happy bubble and I am nothing but very pleased and would have no hesitation carrying this brand in my own store the product is amazing and the delivery was so quick I ordered on a Friday living in Canada once again, and received at 7:45am in Wed just in time to wake up and work out. I purchased the all black ripstop runner I also am between a 6.5 to 7 while reading reviews I decided to order 6.5 and it is a perfect fit honestly I don’t want to take them off 🙂

For their price point, their shipping is atrocious. You can order from Lululemon, Nike, Born Primitive (small company) and Violate the Dress Code (also small) and get it 10 times faster than NoBull. This is not just a pandemic issue. Last year I received a gift card for Christmas...was first time ordering from them. First, you cannot exchange on a return...if you get something and don't like it...you can only exchange it for a different size...OR return it and then wait for a credit (which for their shipping takes about 2 weeks). THEN you have to contact them and request a new coupon code to use the return credit and place an entire new order. Christmas 2019 gift card took me until March 2020 to actually get shoes that fit properly (sizing is not true to size). However, I LOVE the shoes and decided to try again this year. With their return and exchange and shipping times, it's really not worth the effort anymore. It took over 2 weeks to receive the package...wanted to exchange and have to return and wait for the credit again. I'll get new shoes.in February or March now. They really need to up their shipping/exchange game. Will not bother with them again until they do. No stores to return to and you are stuck in a waiting game for 6 to 8 weeks if you need an exchange.

The customer service sucks! I tried to change the shipping address long before they shipped to our home so that my son going back to college from Xmas break could receive them on campus since the shipping time was so long and they wouldn’t make it to the house before leaving for college. The communication with this company is horrible and so unhelpful.

Purchased 5 days ago. They charged me same day, but no word from them since. I have no idea if they've even shipped. Sent a text and email. No response. Don't listen to their "the warehouse is handling it" excuse. The shoes are assembled in China.

I paid for $75.00 worth of digital gift cards to be sent to my son in law on Christmas Day for his Christmas present. Even though they charged by charge card on the 23rd, they did not send the digital cards via email. I filled out several requests for them to send them, I didn’t have success until I placed a dispute on my credit card. Then two hours later they sent the digital gift cards . This company should be called Yes Bull because they are full of Bull S- - t!!! I am sure my son in law will experience trouble ordering from this company when he uses his gift cards . I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!! They don’t provide a phone number to actually speak to someone .

The shoes I ordered according to their size guide, run small. It’s an international order, which means I am responsible for sending them back myself, as their are not able „currently” to support the international returns. I was expecting to pay myself for a return but I was also expecting to get their „prepaid shipping label” from them to make things easier. Will get this return through but never order from them again.

not only did shipping take forever, but the "accidentally" sent me RETURN SHOES. As soon as i opened them up (xmas gift for wife) they were clearly worn and black all over, this company is a joke.
