2 the runner plus
The knit runner sole started seperating from the shoe in about 4 days sent pics they sent me a new pair.
6 months later got the runner + same thing happened sent pics they replaced

“NOBULL is a great brand, with a great brand culture and even better customer support. despite what the karens and internet illiterate whiners in these reviews will tell you, they got back to me immediately once I chatted into their website. yes, emails take some time but that is the case with any customer service. half of these reviews are bad reviews from illiterates who clearly didnt read the website before mindlessly pressing buttons, and the other half are from people who ordered from obvious fake scam sites. my nobull orders have been fine and ive even gotten free things for the trouble ive had the one time i did have an issue with something ive ordered. they could be better with restocks but thats my onl complaint”
“I ordered from them. I received the size that ordered, but it was unfortunately not the write size for my foot. I emailed and they responded within a day and had my return processed. I shipped it them back at no charge and received the correct size a few weeks later. Easy peasy. Will definitely be ordered from NoBull again.”
“Full disclosure, I too had a bit of difficulty with my order arriving late.
That said, best purchase of 2021. I have never owned a pair of tennis shoes that felt this good. Also, only have had them a couple if weeks and have had several people compliment them. Can't remember last time anyone complimented my tennis shoes.

I just wanted to write a review for No Bull. I purchased a pair of mid trainers. I had them for about 7mos and they started to rip on the collar. I sent photos to customer service, they responded that same day. They have been contact with me everyday. They offered to replace the shoes or give me store credit. Just a pleasure to have a company stand behind their product. The customer service is top notch and I wish other companies would take notes from No Bull. This has made me a No Bull customer for life. The shoes are comfortable and well made.
