Bought a Samsung french fridge online and apparently , Im not intitiled to have 100 gift card as I bought it online using gem visa but in your promotion during boxing day if you purchase above 1000 using gem visa you have a 100 gift card. Call to your costumer service they cant do anything and went to upper Hutt branch, they cant do anything. Im so cross about your store and very unhelpful in regards that inquiry.
