Hi Denise, Sorry to hear you have experienced delays! We have checked the order system and your order was sent out on the 17th of November and an email would have been sent to you then. It looks like Royal Mail have not yet attempted delivery from the limited tracking they provide. We would normally expect it to have been delivered by now, but sometimes delays can occur, particularly during C19, as delivery offices and sorting offices can have sudden staff shortages that cause issues. Unfortunately we can't see that from our end or predict them as 99% of deliveries are going through on time. If the package has not turned up by the end of the day on Wednesday 24th, then please get in touch via our customer service email (support@nonplasticbeach.com) and we will make take it from there.

“Brilliant range of lovely products that I feel I can buy with a clear conscience. Love the ku.tis deodorant in its little cardboard tube and flossing silk in the refillable bottle. Absolute essential is the silicon pot lids, since buying a few years back I have abandoned cling film, in fact they are so good, I have 2 sets now! Delivery is really quick, packaging good and recyclable and accompanied by a personal handwritten message.”
