“Not good at all. I placed an order on the 30th of June. It hadn't been shipped by the 15th July so I emailed to see if there was an issue. No reply to that email so I emailed again to ask again if there was an issue. No reply again. Very poor customer service and I will be requesting a charge back on the payment. Can't recommend at all.”

Hi David, we haven't received any emails from you, so there must be a problem with our system receiving your emails, we are very sorry about that, very frustrating. I am not sure why your order has not been shipped, but I will pick it up with our warehouse team tomorrow and find out what the holdup is. I will get that sent out on expedited delivery and refund your order and shipping as you haven't enjoyed the service that we normally give and we don't like to see that. “I’ve been buying from Non-Plastic Beach for nearly two years now. I love their own-brand shampoo and conditioner bars especially, but they also introduced me to Ocean Saver which I’ve found great, and I now buy a whole range of stuff from Non-Plastic Beach, and I’m always interested to see what new things they’ve found! They always deliver within the timeframe, well-packed in plastic free (of course!) packaging. In all the time I’ve used them I’ve only ever had one issue with an order, and the customer service was great, they replied really quickly and helped get it all sorted out in no time. All in all a great brand with an inspiring mission and lovely staff!”

“A clear and easy to use website, fast delivery in eco packaging with simply glorious products inside. I have an allergy to an ingredient used in many main stream creams, soaps, etc but all Non Plastic Beach products are completely safe for me and I absolutely love the soaps, shampoo, deodorants. Happy skin!”
