Don’t sell with Noon! We were asking to return our item back since February this year, 3 months later we still haven’t got our items back. We could have sold items in our own store. After several emails and phone calls, Noon is still withholding our stock - without any report since December 2019 of what items were sold! Such terrible company!

Selling destroyed iPhones Based on my own experience, I ordered refurbished iPhone, on second day I felt that item is not working properly so I decided to do check up in apple store, screen need to be changed as touch is not working

Fake products, I ordered panzer glass for my iphone 11 and they sent to me another very bad and cheap one. This is not the first time and the most of sellers are fraud and every time i lose the shipping fees They have to put it on the seller to stop fraud. My shipment id NSAD50066343498

Update to the previous:- I got a call to only be told there is nothing we can do to help. I even asked if they could put me in touch with the provider to get it repaired at my cost. They did not share details and said no refund or exchange!! Complete lack of customer service.

Terrible cheaters! We pay for new products and get a used item which stops working in 3 weeks!!! Didnt realise it was pre used initially but it wasn’t in the original box and wasn’t a clean piece when received. I called/emailed within 3-4 weeks of receiving and was told I called too late. Complete breach of trust, cheating customers is pathetic.

I ordered an I phone and upon configuration I noticed there’s no warranty on it and it’s not even a day old. This definitely caused a trust issue with noon. I contacted Apple they suggested to claim the refund from noon.com for the used item they delivered. It’s only creating a bad impression of the website and inconvenience to the customers.

Terrible, They are cheaters. You pay for the new items, and they give you used and preactivated items. I checked on the internet, and I understood that some other people had the same issue with Noon. It means that they have a lot of experience cheating the customers (giving the used items instead of the new ones). Be careful!!! Customer Service is very poor and weak, and some of them do not understand your easy question, and they act like silly and stupid people..., waste of money and energy. 0 Stars...I do not recommend buying from Noon.

Item received after 5 days of order. Item does not match with specs on the website. I ordered black skateboard 9ply and 80cm long. However the one i received is a printed one and also is smaller than 60cm approx. Above all this the return procedure will take 4 days.

I bought MacBook Air with noon, unfortunately it was not functioning, Can’t turn it on, got scratch at top and bottom the laptop, seems like they gave me the second hand laptop .. I’m so frustrated, I am waiting my for retuning this laptop but until know now reply email from noon company.. non KSA

This is regarding the order id: NAED50066931094. I paid extra shipping just to get delivered today. That was the Eid gift to my son. But have to continuously call delivery guy just to get confirmation that it won't be delivered today. If that was not supposed to delivered today then why i was promised by taking extra shipping charges. My son celebration already ruined. Thanks for your great service.

Very bad customer service. I requested then to deliver the parcel on particular time for which they confirmed via email and to my surprise, I have not got my shipment still. They have an un-useful customer service department too. Who give fake promises to the customer and then won't keep on the same.
