Hi, i just received my order ( HP external hard drive) and not sure if item i received is authentic. I am about to back up some very important files and concerned about possibility of losing them due to quality/ authenticity of the drive. I could not authenticate the warranty on HP website either. Bluetooth in-Ear Earphones White- Ordered On the 4th of Feb, and recieved on 8th of Fed (Express delivery). Again one of Earbuds (left) is not working at all. I am not sure if I cancel it, will they arrive to collect it ? if yes how long will come to collect... I would not recomend as good seller!

Recently I purchased a Samsung s10 e phone from noon and the delivery and all so fast ,unfortunately its it’s came with a lock set up and now it’s 5th day the issue not sorted, disappointed about the service support.

I had very bad experience with noon.com, its terrible, they are not covering any warranty. When we buy they are saying its with warranty, but when you claim the warranty they are giving some or other excuse not helping.

I rate noon pretty high in saudi but I dropped 2 stars because of no customer reviews. Allow us to review items so future customers can be careful of buying certain items. I received a loofah but without the stick (even though it's shown in the image). There is noway I can review that item so that the seller knows that he's made a mistake. Customer reviews plays a huge role in deciding what to buy, i have let go off a lot of items because of no reviews. Please fix this or i might just go back to souq.

(Professional Customer Service) Hats off to the amazing customer service that noon provided. They contacted and replied in just few minutes, we discussed the main topic/problem and the situation was professionally handled. You know a company is serious about their customer's experience when they really consider the voice of the customer and then go an extra mile... even though they do not have to.

(Product authenticity issue) Recently I purchase a product (Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado)...it turned out to be fake. I had to open it to check and I found it runny. I though It might have melted a bit due to heat so I put it in the fridge ...after I took it out, at room temperature it still felt runny. The labels are lighter in color and the whole product feels off. I cannot return it as it is an item that cannot be exchanged or returned. I have a worthless product at hand and I am short by 95 SAR. Please have customer reviews on the products. I have seen some E-commerce sites that allows past customer to post pictures of the product they purchased...it is very helpful. It is a great loss when a purchase ends up being fake and cannot be returned. Customer reviews help and simplifies in identifying fake products majority of the time.

Hi, I ordered (NAEC20041408149) 3rd of February and all are express products and it mention expected delivery is 4th of February. But I didn’t get any updates from noon. Then I called and check the status through phone. And they’re saying they made a complaint and escalation team will call us as asap. But I didn’t get any call till now. Very bad service from Noon. They must inform us if there is any delay to delivery

I have ordered some Reebok T-shirts through noon. It taken 20 days to deliver item and excuse was was I changed delivery location. When item arrived item was fake so I requested for return now its 10th since my request nobody came for pick. Now I am wondering how much days it will take for refund.

Just Got My Order No NAEC10049295924 cancelled just now by Noon due to NO Stock Availability and Technical Glitch of site (Which I am sure that is not there..as I can still the product online with the same Vendor). Gave order on 28th JAN and till yesterday as per my talk with noon the order will be delivered on time i.e. 04th Feb 2020...Needed this order to give gift for my very close friend birthday tomorrow and After 6 Days of order confirmation got a call on cancellation. Amazon online shopping is way above the league in this matter. Now need to find the gift in last minute ...Thanks NOON !!

Still I am waiting for the package I ordered It should be delivered to me yesterday, now it is 7.00pm still no sign of my order. They charge a lot of money for fast delivery but there is no fast delivery here. I am sick of waiting!

I recently bought an iPhone 6S Plus (order number=NSAC10056636517) Unfortunately the phone got water damaged. And upon visiting a repair shop in KSA. I came to know that the device provided to me is refurbished. However in my order I paid (1499 SAR) for a new phone. Please check the details and reimburse my Amount as the seller provided a product that was not committed.

I cannot say that I have a specific case here except that once I bought an iPhone XR and it did not match the description given, but I chose to keep the phone. However, Noon does Not support buyers rights especially when it comes to reviewing their buying experience or their needs to read people's reviews before buying. Also, you can see that there is no control, you can easily buy something that is 20 times more expensive than it's actual value. Buyers at risk, unprotected.

Bad experience they give coupon 35 aed no use that cheating only we canot buy what we need minimum 150 purchase and get discount for 35 if we have 5 coupon we need buy 750 aed cheating this I am really get bad experience never recommend

They have shipped me sub-standard and defective packaging items 3 times. On two occasion I was able to return the good but my money got stuck in their account and I was compelled to purchase in order to utilize the same. Again they sent me and Item which was Open packet and they don't have anything to give negative review on site which is strange. Never planned to use them again.

Having fun shopping with Noon, they (sell's Team) do not care about Company , they keeping selling damaged/used items (even you complaint also), last one week i ordered 3 times (same product), and they have sent used/ damaged item to me, so why 3 times, becoz every time have said "IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, employee are not taking there job sincerely. keeping telling lie. Somehow one employee (Miss Shaima) try to do best but others are not supporting. one employee can not change the working culture.. 0 out of 5

The worst structure in Customer Service, which is designed to entangle customers once you have paid your money, and then you will wish you had never bothered with these people. This business will not last for long, given the horrible way business is being conducted, and cheating customers out of their hard earned money, by switching items when delivering. To the unsuspecting customer, they will make millions by way of this bait & switch technique. I wish there was negative points and ratings. Jeff Bezos is a great businessman, all should learn from him. Innovate - dont imitate what you cannot copy.
