Just Got My Order No NAEC10049295924 cancelled just now by Noon due to NO Stock Availability and Technical Glitch of site (Which I am sure that is not there..as I can still the product online with the same Vendor). Gave order on 28th JAN and till yesterday as per my talk with noon the order will be delivered on time i.e. 04th Feb 2020...Needed this order to give gift for my very close friend birthday tomorrow and After 6 Days of order confirmation got a call on cancellation. Amazon online shopping is way above the league in this matter. Now need to find the gift in last minute ...Thanks NOON !!

Still I am waiting for the package I ordered It should be delivered to me yesterday, now it is 7.00pm still no sign of my order. They charge a lot of money for fast delivery but there is no fast delivery here. I am sick of waiting!

I recently bought an iPhone 6S Plus (order number=NSAC10056636517) Unfortunately the phone got water damaged. And upon visiting a repair shop in KSA. I came to know that the device provided to me is refurbished. However in my order I paid (1499 SAR) for a new phone. Please check the details and reimburse my Amount as the seller provided a product that was not committed.

I cannot say that I have a specific case here except that once I bought an iPhone XR and it did not match the description given, but I chose to keep the phone. However, Noon does Not support buyers rights especially when it comes to reviewing their buying experience or their needs to read people's reviews before buying. Also, you can see that there is no control, you can easily buy something that is 20 times more expensive than it's actual value. Buyers at risk, unprotected.

Bad experience they give coupon 35 aed no use that cheating only we canot buy what we need minimum 150 purchase and get discount for 35 if we have 5 coupon we need buy 750 aed cheating this I am really get bad experience never recommend

They have shipped me sub-standard and defective packaging items 3 times. On two occasion I was able to return the good but my money got stuck in their account and I was compelled to purchase in order to utilize the same. Again they sent me and Item which was Open packet and they don't have anything to give negative review on site which is strange. Never planned to use them again.

Having fun shopping with Noon, they (sell's Team) do not care about Company , they keeping selling damaged/used items (even you complaint also), last one week i ordered 3 times (same product), and they have sent used/ damaged item to me, so why 3 times, becoz every time have said "IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, employee are not taking there job sincerely. keeping telling lie. Somehow one employee (Miss Shaima) try to do best but others are not supporting. one employee can not change the working culture.. 0 out of 5

The worst structure in Customer Service, which is designed to entangle customers once you have paid your money, and then you will wish you had never bothered with these people. This business will not last for long, given the horrible way business is being conducted, and cheating customers out of their hard earned money, by switching items when delivering. To the unsuspecting customer, they will make millions by way of this bait & switch technique. I wish there was negative points and ratings. Jeff Bezos is a great businessman, all should learn from him. Innovate - dont imitate what you cannot copy.

Terrible service!!! If COD item - very fast. If done through Cc or DC takes 5 days to inform thats item is not available after calling them to follow up my item. Will never ever order item from NOON. Will never recommend as well!!!

The worst website I have ever shopped from, I ordered my first phone and a coupe of items from noon. I returned one of them as it was a used ITEM, however I am still fighting for MY REFUND. The customer service is really poor and they are just giving excused and they will tell you different stories every time you order from noon. I would never recommend this online portal to my friends or my family for sure. I am a part of a corporate world and i will make sure my colleagues and our partners wont be ordering from it. Worst website and pathetic customer service.

If there was an option to give lesser stars than 1 i would have done that. It is shameful that a brand like noon owned by dubai property development Giants like EMAAR. has no integrity. they will only list product cheaper than amazon to con the customers to buy from their website, once purchased you will realize that either the product is not available currently, and it will keep getting delayed to a point of cancellation. Once done they will not refund your money back in your card but in "NOON WALLET", forcing you to buy again from them , if you want it back in your card you will have to beg and plead to get your own money back "as its a procedure sir/madam" standard line. However Despite that old incident was a fool to try them again to buy an Iphone (mind it i've purchased phones,laptops & ipads from amazon with 100% satisfaction) only to find out that despite of it being listed as new, it was a piece that was replaced, its not under warranty , the original purchase date of the product was Sep 2016.and now again the plight to get my money back starts. i just hope that this time at least i get my money back quicker. I just wish that NOON realizes that these things will only spoil customers for them. I've been using amazon for as long as its been in dubai and only once I've had an issue that tool less than 48hours to resolve. If NOON wants to grow in this market they have a lot to learn.

I am one step away from reporting them to Consumer Protection Everyone else who had defected items sold should report them, so they can get their act together and not rip off future customers. My first order with them and once I get the things I ordered or my money refunded. I will block them n NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I order online from many companies, this one was Horrible. I ordered 7 items. One was defective, one was incorrect, they delivered a cheaper and different one to what I ordered. Two items will be delivered 3 weeks later. I received more than 5 calls from them, 10 sms, n had 4 people to my home to deliver 4 items,.of which 2 was wrong Buyer beware... very frustrating. I would simply go to the store and buy what I needed than this frustration and stress... The customer service is hopeless and A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Terrible quality products. The first product I had an issue with broke in my hand 2 seconds after I opened it. They said they wouldn’t accept a return, because the item has to be intact. When I told them that I didn’t even begin using it, they ACTUALLY told me that it’s a cheap product and I should expect cheap quality. The second item was a small blender. As soon as I poured the liquid in it, it leaked everywhere. The item was clearly defected. Again, noon would not accept the return because I did not have the box. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service.

I have purchased a smart phone Nokia Galaxy P70 from Noon Site.But the charger is not working after 1week. I requested them for the exchange.They asked me to send the photos for the charger.I send the same to them..After 2-3days they are again asking me for the photos for Charges on different views.I have send the photos again.And after 2days they are asking for the photos for my phone from different angle.That also I have send them.Its beyond my patience.But eventhough I have send the all proofs they asked me.But after this I didnt get any ,essage or call from them.It has been 2weeks I am behind them for the charger replacement.Daily I am borrowing charger from my collegues/neighbours.This is very disppointing approach.Very bad experience.Wont buy any more items from this site.Any wont recommend anyone to buy anystuffs from this site. Guys please dont buy anything from this site.Just go for Amazon/firstcry

I have purchased one headset last week joy room airpods I was using this same airpod for last 3 month I never come across a problem with this brand so I purchased one more airpods for my friend shipment got delivered my friend started using it first day it was perfect second day it is not working then we tried to contact noon they will without box they can't accept this deliver what kind of pathetic service we are buying something to use it and we are not expecting this so how can we keep the box after that noon there is no reply just 110 aed shipment they can't refund or replace the same what If it is expensive.i don't know how a company like noon can't be responsible for this complaints if they can't take the responsibility why are they running this ecommerce business... Even I am handling ecommerce but I don't know how can they treat there customers like this ....... Worst service ever had

I ordered Generic Chromecast 2 HDMI Streaming Media Player Black Sold by Meraki International L.L.C. The one which they delivered is entirely different from the product picture shown online. Not only that, the one they delivered is absolutely duplicate and not keeping a minimum quality standard. It looks like a toy which we can used for kids for playing. I don't have time to follow up with this silly issue . So, I have thrown it on the garbage without even trying once. This is my second bad experience with noon. They are not keeping a minimum quality of their products.
