I had a terrible experience with Noon and their customer service. I ordered a "400W Powerful Portable Sofa Carpet Cleaning Machine" that worked for only 45 minutes before the suction stopped. I returned it within the 15-day return period, complete with the original box and manual, yet Noon refused to issue a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from Noon—save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere! I lost 349.90 SAR with this order. They refused a refund and wanted to send the non-working product back to me. Why would I want a fake product that doesn't work? How does that make sense from a Customer Service perspective?

Dear noon team, I fed-up with online team ..i was waiting for long time for payment process which is already credited to my noon wallet..as per noon team i should wait 15 days for claim..and they opposing that their policy which is not send to me before..kindly requesting to noon process my payment request accordingly i will transfer to my account.

My package was supposed to be delivered on last wednesday but they delivered it to wrong address. Upon highlighting this to the noon team no immediate action was taken and got a call from them on friday saying that they are investigating. I provided the proof of wrong delivery as the package was not delivered to mu room and its not the same door where they usually delivered as well. On saturday asked them to deliver the package so i can send back home but they kept on telling they gonna raise the new complaint. I dnt get it why new complain everytime and i keep getting a call 2-3 times a day saying under investigation or we will raise a new complain. I had zero idea that the noon are this irresponsible. Now because they didnt delivered my package at all i bought a new one again and paid extra for the courier and once asking for the compensation for their mistake they r telling me they gonna refund me the same amount i paid. R u serious about it? And guess what i recently got an email saying tht i requested for the item return😂😂 M sorry but i didnt. I didnt requested for any item to be returned all i wanted was my items to be delivered to me on time which u delivered to wrong address. I need immediate solution on this whoever the admin who your employee keeps telling me its admin’s decision. Please be alert that this noon is irresponsible online site that i had ever deal with.

I ordered an item and noon ended up debiting 3 times the amount of the product and delivering three items at the same time… To make matters worse the staff threw away the items at the door and left… I tried reaching out to noon but was told couldn’t refund my money. This is so bad and disgusting from their side definitely not ordering anything from them again…

I fakes 1 hour to deliver from restaurant just 1KM . Worst experience from last 3 orders . I prefer to pick up and order direct .

I buy washing machine and gaz cooker the washing machine was damaged and the driver doesn’t want to take it back now 13 days . Very bad service no respect how many days no the 2 items still here and I can’t do anything my family suffering because no clothes washing we can’t cook really I’m upset about this and I will never buy anything from this company never . No responsibility no answer no service nothing nothing

I bought a phone from Noon in August 2024 with warranty and the screen went blurred and no display.I reached out to Noon and Raised a warranty claim WAAEGA00753220 and the customer service referred me to take the phone to service centers and I went to 5 service centers are they turned me away and never accepted to look at the claim .the service centres told me they don't have anything to do with noon and that I should go back to This is a bad experience,Noon is tricking customers,I have urged noon to collect the phone and find a solution but to no avail .No one Is responding from noon I have called their customers over 8 times,they keep saying someone will contact me within 48hours .this is not the right way to treat customers....I just need the phone to be checked, fixed,if not refund my money the same way I paid .

Really poor service. I ordered goods on noon minutes, did not receive my order. It has been 16 days and every day I am having to call them to ask for my refund. I am just getting empty promises, that they are sorry but no action. No idea if and when I will get my refund. Its only 300 aed, the time their team has spent emailing me and calling me, has cost them more than the full refund. Its really unprofessional.

Noon is the worst application to buy things. I ordered a costume for my daughter and picked the 4 to 5 size, however I received 8 to 9 . And the seller has no return policy. I completely understand that however I wasn’t expecting to receive a different size. I tried to contact noon customer service and still trying , it’s been two weeks and no one is responding. So Noon customer service and the sellers are not trustworthy and I urge everyone to think twice and thrice before buying anything from Noon. And please do not write a reply to tell me that you have raised my complaint , I have already raised 3 complaints and didn’t receive any response. Thank you

Today I ordered a pen drive of sandisk brand..In the specification its showing made in USA but when packeage showing made in china..Also the device didnt support to my phone..fake item..do not trust noon..Dissopinted on NOON..waste of money

CEO must read this! As someone who’s been in e-commerce for 12+ years and recently moved from the USA to Dubai, I expected better service from Noon. I purchased a $100 TV on August 19th, which arrived quickly, but the software didn’t work—couldn’t connect to Netflix or Prime Video. I contacted Noon within 48 hours, shared images, and offered video proof. Despite this, it took two weeks of repeated calls and questions, only for a supervisor to tell me I needed to go through warranty. Why should I go through warranty for a product that arrived broken? Noon is essentially keeping customers’ money with a terrible return policy. You’ve just lost a $20,000 annual customer to Amazon, which you clearly can’t compete with unless you fix these major issues: 1. Streamline your return process like Amazon—make it simple and respect customers’ time. 2. When a customer shows proof of a broken product, refund them within 30 days, as Amazon does. 3. Train your customer service to resolve issues efficiently instead of running customers in circles. Noon, you don’t understand customer service, and until you do, you’ll keep losing loyal customers.

Do not download the Noon app. It’s an absolute scam, and I’m furious about it. I ordered a waist trainer, paid with my credit card, and had to return it because it was too big. Instead of refunding my card, these thieves gave me Noon credits—completely unacceptable to begin with. Then, to make matters even worse, the credits disappeared the next day! This is ridiculous, infuriating, and beyond unacceptable. Noon is just out to steal your money. I’m livid and would never recommend this app to anyone. MONEY GRABBER!!! The people behind it are bunch of thieves. Disgusting!

I had a disappointing experience with Noon Food today. I tried to order breakfast through their app but encountered issues, so I ended up calling the restaurant directly. To my surprise, the prices at the restaurant (Al Madina Boska Silicon Oasis) were significantly lower than what Noon Food was charging. It seems like Noon Food adds a substantial markup to the menu prices, which is frustrating and misleading. GUY's If you’re considering using Noon Food, I’d recommend checking prices with the restaurant first to avoid unexpected costs
